Lovely example of this super scarce postally used stamp. Comes with 1998 David Brandon certificate, which notes the diagonal crease, but this still remains a very attractive example of this elusive stamp. I expect that this is current the only postally used example on the market - most others seen are either specimens or fiscally used.
