Returns and refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Davaura Stamps.

Cancellations and change-of-mind returns

If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you have notified us, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

To request a return, please contact us at davaura@outlook.com before sending the item back. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Items should be returned in the same condition in which they were received. You are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item unless we agree otherwise. We recommend obtaining proof of posting.

Where a cancellation is made under your statutory cancellation rights, we will refund the price paid together with the cost of our standard delivery service. If you selected a more expensive delivery service, any additional delivery cost above our standard service is not refundable.

Damaged, incorrect or not-as-described items

Please contact us as soon as possible if an item arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or you believe an item is materially not as described. We will work with you to resolve the matter and, where appropriate, arrange a return and refund.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. Goods sold by us must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose as required by applicable consumer law.

Stamps and philatelic material

Many of the items we sell are individual and collectable items. Please examine the photographs and description carefully before purchasing. Any faults, imperfections, cancellations, markings, gum condition or other characteristics specifically shown or described as part of the listing form part of the description of the item.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, we will process any refund due to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank, card provider or payment provider to process the refund.
