Shipping and Delivery

Davaura Stamps is based in the United Kingdom and ships to customers throughout the UK and internationally.

UK orders

Orders are normally sent using Royal Mail. The delivery service available at checkout is based on the total value of your order:

  • Orders up to £20 – Royal Mail 2nd Class
  • Orders from £20.01 to £250 – Royal Mail Tracked 48
  • Orders over £250 – Royal Mail Special Delivery

Shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.

International orders

We ship to most international destinations. Standard and tracked delivery options are offered according to the value, size and destination of your order, with the applicable charge shown at checkout.

Larger collections and heavier lots may be sent using Royal Mail or an alternative tracked courier service where appropriate.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping charges and, where applicable, are payable by the recipient.

Dispatch times

We aim to dispatch orders promptly, normally within 2 working days of cleared payment. Orders placed at weekends or on UK public holidays will normally be processed on the next working day.

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and may be affected by postal services, customs processing or other circumstances outside our control.

Combined shipping

Where several stamps are purchased in the same order, they will normally be combined into a single shipment wherever practical. The appropriate shipping charge is calculated from the total order value at checkout.

If postage does not get combined at checkout (if items are from different postage categories), any excess postage charged at checkout will be refunded after the order has been packed.
