This is the 2d on 6c on 3d overprint in black as per SG25, however the overprint is type 6 on and not type 7 as per the listing. Please refer to the note below SG21 in the catalogue where it states 'R. 3/1 of No. 25 has also been reported with the T6 overprint.
Unfortunately, this stamp has various faults including a tear on the left hand side. However, it is still a very useful reference piece and indeed a scarce item. The catalogue value of the regular T7 overprint is £850 making the T6 overprint much scarcer.
